A good example of this approach in practice could be that your business needs a new application – we then establish the required resource, estimate the impact of the change, procure, implement and hand straight into support using the same team with robust processes avoiding the need to manage multiple partners and stitch together everyone’s different processes. Following this combined and controlled approach, there is far greater likelihood that the deployment is right first time however if the end result is not quite right or the outcome for whatever reason does not meet the objective, we will be responsible and be best placed to put it right.
