Flexible Managed Services.
Not every organisation needs the same managed service model. Some want Panoptics to take full responsibility for day to day IT. Others already have an internal IT team and need additional capability, clearer ownership or experienced support in specific areas. Panoptics can structure the service around the organisation, its internal resources and the responsibilities it wants to retain.
A service model built around your organisation.

Working alongside internal IT teams.
Our most common model. Your team keeps strategy, applications and relationships. Panoptics adds capacity in service desk, infrastructure, monitoring or supplier coordination. One coordinated service, clear responsibilities, and agreed governance.
Best for teams that want more hands, not less control.

Full managed service ownership.
Panoptics can take ownership of the agreed managed service across user support, infrastructure, cloud, connectivity, suppliers and governance. Security responsibilities are included only where agreed.
Best for organisations without an internal IT function.

Responsibility for selected services or locations.
A full handover isn’t always needed. Panoptics can take ownership of specific services, functions, business units or locations such as an international office, part of the estate, or the areas placing the most pressure on your team.
Best for targeted gaps, not a wholesale change.

Senior IT leadership when required.
Sometimes called CIO as a Service. Panoptics’ founders and senior team support strategy, budgets, roadmaps, governance and board reporting, without creating a permanent role.
Best for change periods, or extra senior weight when needed.
Managing the wider supplier landscape.
Most IT environments depend on several suppliers. Where it forms part of the service, Panoptics can coordinate those relationships, manage operational dependencies and maintain ownership where an issue crosses supplier boundaries. This reduces the burden on the internal team and gives the customer a clearer route for escalation and resolution.

"The service we get from Panoptics is invaluable; their support and recommendations are solution-based and contextualised within the wider IT Operation. We consider them a very trusted partner."
Governance that adapts as you grow.

Responsibilities agreed from the outset.
Scope, responsibilities, escalation routes and governance; all set out clearly for the customer, the internal team and the Panoptics people delivering the service.

Scope reviewed as requirements change.
Responsibilities and capability adapt as the organisation evolves, without losing control or accountability along the way.
Discuss your managed service model.
Whether you need Panoptics to work alongside your internal team, take agreed ownership of the service or manage selected functions, we can design an operating model around your organisation and priorities.
