Panoptics long term customer, Clarion Events, has been acquired by US private equity firm Blackstone for a reported £600 million.
The huge deal highlights the rapid evolution of the business over recent years, which has included multiple acquisitions and greater penetration of new markets & territories. Clarion’s continued growth, now boasts a portfolio of over 180 events in 50-plus countries which attract in excess of one million visitors each year.
