Panoptics continue support for childrens charity
Panoptics helps give sick children a break from therapy by supporting the Magical Taxi Tour
Panoptics continue their involvement with the Magical Taxi Tour Charity by sponsoring a taxi for the 2nd year. Continuing the amazing work they do by providing sick children with the opportunity to forget about their illness and enjoy a much needed break from treatment, the Magical Taxi Tour provides the means for sick children and their families to enjoy a weekend of fun at Disneyland Paris.
With families unable to make the trip alone due to the children’s need for the medical support and facilities that travel along with the Taxi convoy, this wonderful charity is truly unique and gives over 200 children a year, suffering from a range of chronic debilitating illnesses and life limiting conditions, the ability to go on a three-day trip of a lifetime to Disneyland Resort Paris®.
This year, Panoptics Business Support Assistant Amber Dutton waved the convoy of Taxi’s and children off from a soaking wet Canary Wharf, after they had all enjoyed the Charity’s famous “big breakfast”. With pack lunches under arm, the children and families dodged the heavy rain to get into the taxi’s before being escorted off on their wonderful trip by police escort.
