After experiencing a troubled and poorly handled IT install, 5 star luxury hotel Karma Sanctum Soho finds a trusted IT partner in Panoptics.
Following a chance meeting between Karma Sanctum Soho Managing Director, Mark Fuller, and Panoptics Network Solutions Architect, Jason Mendonca, Panoptics gratefully had the opportunity to help resolve ongoing IT issues and look to support the hotel into the future.

“I discovered Panoptics, not through the usual barrage of over friendly emails offering services, but through a charity event which one of the team (Jason) raises money for.
Jason heard of my woes with a woefully poor install at the Karma Sanctum Hotel and was immediate to offer help. After receiving several quotes for the works from other companies, which were often way over spec and extremely demanding, Panoptics came in very quickly and got us going immediately with the old system (something other providers simply refused to do) before analysing performance and clearly outlining our options.
Like many companies we scrutinise quotes and get at least three. It wasn’t just that Panoptics, who were not the cheapest but way under the most expensive, were financially reasonable, it was the fact that I felt comfortable with them. From the get go, they were helpful, fixed problems immediately, and most importantly, nothing was too much trouble.
I strongly believe a smile goes a long way in a 24 hour business. As such, I can say what we have now is nothing short of miraculous. A system that is so much better but more importantly, a partner I trust. One that responds 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and has even fixed a few problems that were not even on their remit.
Like any business, I find it difficult to justify the huge costs involved with tech but in this case I’m strangely happy with those too.
