Panoptics further extends its management team with new strategic appointments
With new strategic direction, a refocused energy and the enthusiasm reminiscent of a silicon valley startup, Panoptics have further bolstered our management team with additional key appointments to capitalise on recent growth and solidify our foundations for the next chapter of the story.
Joining the team as Account Director, we welcome Henry Lake. With a remit of ensuring every customer engagement is of mutual benefit and the services delivered are not only of the quality promised but exceed them, Henry’s position is key in maintaining and developing the fruitful relationships we hold with both existing and new customers.
Alongside Henry, we also wish to welcome Paul Dowles, who joins the business as Head of Data Centre Sales. A seasoned connectivity specialist, Paul will be extending the reach of Panoptics Datacentre and Connectivity services. With vast experience in the delivery of connectivity to businesses large and small, Pauls expertise brings new, innovative opportunities to our customers at a cost competitive price point and allows Panoptics to deliver cutting edge connectivity solutions that far exceeds the competition offering.

In addition to Henry and Paul, we also welcome Neil Kerry as Head of New Business Sales. Bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the IT Industry, Neil has a proven track record of delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction in both the Private and Public Sectors.
Neil has held Senior positions at a number Resellers and joins Panoptics with the remit of helping us diversify from our traditional core business revenue streams and expand the business into new and exciting technologies, within a new set of clients.
In addition to key leadership positions, our team of Service Desk Analysts, Infrastructure Specialists and Technical System Engineers continues to grow whilst we bolster our ‘Pod’ service delivery model and support the increasing number of client businesses and end users. With such a capable, skilled team and experienced board, we are confident of a bright future.
