New Service Desk Analyst
Panoptics strengthen their expanding technical team after winning several significant new contracts.
Panoptics, a leader in the innovation of Managed Services, Supply Services, Datacentres and connectivity has today announced the appointment of Benjamin Hundeyin to the position of Service Desk Analyst. This new role has been created to strengthen the expanding technical team as the company has recently been awarded several significant new contracts.
Benjamin holds a degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services and joined the company fresh from the Royal Opera House. ‘We are delighted Benjamin has joined us, he has the skills and experience to design and support current and future projects ,’ said Andy Lang, Technical Director of Panoptics. ‘Benjamin was initially on a 3 month contract and we have been impressed with his ability to manage multiple projects well and his admirable work ethic; he has received multitudes of compliments and testimonials via customer feedback so it was a natural decision to award him this vital role.’
In his spare time Benjamin will be found planning his next travelling trip, he recently undertook a road trip through California where he experienced the outdoors and hiking in Yosemite. When at home he enjoys wine tasting and matching them to the right foods.
